Here are the simple steps we’ve adopted in 5 weeks.
I am drinking 8 cups of water daily.
I am walking 20 minutes a day.
I am clearing out one drawer/cabinet/closet space every week.
I am saving $2+ daily.
I am keeping a daily food journal.
I am squeezing in some isometrics every day.
I am maintaining an efficient laundry system.
I am following a daily to-do list.
I am taking a multivitamin every day.
I am aware of my posture and breathing.
I am keeping a clear desktop.
I am cleansing and moisturizing daily.
I am replacing bad fats with good fats.
I am dancing to at least one song every day.
I am maintaining a clean and healthy refrigerator and pantry.
I am brushing and flossing my teeth twice daily.
I am cutting back on caffeine.
I am discovering the benefits of yoga.
I am maintaining a system to avoid mail piles.
I am finding daily serenity time.
Congratulations! I’m going to reward myself (and cross off my 20 minute walk for the day) with a trip to the mall…
