Ultralongevity

I am aging like a Giant Tortoise according to this ultralongevity quiz.
I just finished reading UltraLongevity, The Seven Step Program for a Younger, Healthier You, by Mark Liponis. In it, he explains his theory that we can control aging by managing our immune systems. He presents seven simple steps that we can take. Honestly, the steps seem pretty commonsense; proper self care, basically.
It’s nice to be reminded sometimes, and there is nothing difficult about his program. You could do it at home without booking a spa vacation package at one of their exclusive retreats. You don’t necessarily have to purchase their line of skin care or nutritional supplements either.
The book also offers an 8 day meal plan, complete with recipes. The menu is pretty colourful, with recipes like Asian Cabbage Rolls with Mongolian BBQ sauce, and Southwest Grilled Chicken Quesadillas with Avocado Salad, for two of the dinners.
What I like about the book is how the author thoroughly explains the immune system and how it can go wrong. Then he offers many suggestions for taking care of yourself, and I think improving the quality (and quantity!) of your life in the process.
