Blast away 10 lbs review
On days when motivation is elusive, or I don’t have time for my usual workouts, I have a variety of dvds ready to pop into the machine. Blast away 10 lbs with Denise Austin is one of my favorites, especially the first workout on the disk, because she uses kick boxing which I really enjoy. I find kick boxing is great for the abs and legs! This workout is high intensity and fun, and the best part-only 20 minutes long! I can throw it on while dinner is cooking, and have a blast of energy for the rest of the evening. The moves might seem complicated at first (if you’re uncoordinated like me) but Denise breaks them down, and after two or three times I felt like a pro. The second workout is great as well, using free weights and some dance moves, but I prefer the kick boxing. Having a variety of workouts available keeps me moving!
